brilliant new balearic house ep from copenhagens music for dreams label. the opening track came to life when two danish djs - mads dalholt and zimino - made their own remixed version of al jawalas *go east* for playing out. mfd label head kenneth bager heard it, loved it, tested it out on his coma club dancefloor and it drove the crowd nuts with people literally screaming for more rewinds of this pumping horn-blasting oriental in-your-face party track. if you are a fan of acid arab and 80s leo mas/afredo style amnesia dancefloor madness then this one is for you. on side b we have the debut track from mads dalholt and partner landers - *zengo* is a sexy uplifting house groover with spacey keyboards, afro vocal hooks and a lively sax. followed by a second landers/dalholt cut, the slower more balearic *aelba* is built around a simple melodic guitar riff with some mellow xylophone bringing a warm sunshine feel. great debut for the young danes.

glorious and epic two tracker vinyl for bosconi records, this time by our favourite detroit techno duo the oliverwho factory. we used to be big fans of their madd chaise works and latest rush hour and planet e were awesome, but that percussive sound was different from what we knew from their past. we wanted them to give another chance to their more jacked out musical side in memory of the two masterpieces (and bosconi soundsytem favourite waxes) those were >the rhythm< and >the rain 5th wave<, and so we proudly got another timeless, soulfull, spacey and futuristic techno anthem called >take me away< darryl with his magic hands has created an ultra effective combination of energetic and groovy pumpin kick with a tight funky bassline substaining an upbuilding layers of dreamy synths and stormy noises while the voice of lashone gives that unique colour and atmosphere to the track that all the oliverwho fans love, dictating their original trademark sound. on the flip, takin inspiration from tama sumo panorama bar mix samplin the ow, we got an upbeat version of their slowmotion gem called >together<, that this time, thanks to altered states re touch of darryl and shone has become a proper and fat techno arena bomb, now just for the pleasure of absolutely everybody. you wont miss it, for sure

for the sixth instalment in our catalogue we are extremely happy to be welcoming two new faces to the tribal pulse family. during our label showcase at last years amsterdam dance event, sonic union from sweden and khen from israel voiced their intentions to collaborate on writing a track in the specific style of tribal pulse. the week before our showcase at this years ade we have the privilege of releasing it, and we think you will agree that they have hit the nail on the head.

for some ageing producers, the nineties represent a lost land of hazy parties, forgotten nights and emotion-tugging tunes. but for the fresher-faced end of the dance music spectrum - such as the la-based dj and producer urulu - those post acid house, pre-mp3 days are a neverland of the imagination, something to be relished vicariously through the mags, memories and music of 20-odd years ago. two years back, urulu - aka taylor freels - even released a single called *1991*. it might have made some grizzled club kids feel a bit old, but the love and euphoria in his music are there for all to hear. but jump right up to the minute, and urulu is back in action for sheffields shabby doll label.

cuttin headz, the label formed by chris and steve martinez, will offer a diverse range of sounds, from fresh, stripped-down techno tools to one of their first loves, hip-hop. the first limited-edition ep drops with a hand-screenprinted cover featuring original artwork by the martinez brothers.

locked groove marks his return to hotflush with the grandiose, puzzlingly-titled >enigma<. its a colossal record whose bass-centric melody looms large. large enough, even, to inspire what is nowadays a rare scuba remix. a counterpoint to these theatrics comes in the way of wandering in a cage, a broken-beat creeper flaunting the belgians ear for subtlety, and two beatdown versions of the title track that fit neatly into your dj toolbox.

from the copenhagen underground comes a new raw house label. both known and up and coming talents contribute with anonymous releases on a series of two trackers exclusively on vinyl. for the first release we have a rare filter house workout with a disco sample filtered to perfection to give you that hypnotic feel when everything melts apart and comes together again in that breakdown. for the b-side we have another classic house exercise, one of those chop chop rollers that just keeps the floor going with its eternal bassline and an organ riff sampled and resampled into obscurity.

lorentz back in action for little hill! with a long side (14.58) where there are two original tracks, madicosa and choose in it, lorentz show us his gentle sounds, with homesick tracks. if you flip records you can find two great works made by mattia trani, label-head of pushmaster discs, with his 909 remix and damien schneider, apologue recordings, with more effective techno remix.

portland producer strategy is back with two unique house cuts. his wide range unique music is released from 100% silk, kranky and endless flight. a side, >luna< is very unique sound which is difficult to categorise. but if we say, it is like detroit techno remix of synth pop ... b side, >the saga< is his trade mark dubby house sound but bit more gorgeous and uplifting.

the maghreban. i saw this name for the first time when ayman sent me afric, out on his own label zoot. i really got into this raw, percussion heavy stuff. asked him some new track for versatile and here is the result: smack, with his rave vs chicago vibe, and two deeper jams. more to come!

having taken a break from releasing on the basic grooves imprint, shane linehan returns to his native label with a straight up house music two tracker. side a meditate on this takes inspiration from detroit styles. moving chords, slammin claps and a chopped up scat style vocal is what s on offer here. the b side -the unintentional dub is a stripped back eeh, dub true to the original bg style.

in the lead up to his debut solo album the ten thousand yen label boss returns home with four essential cuts, with two vocal features from la s seven davis jr. the ep is led by what s it gonna be? which is already picking up early love in the clubs and on radio by the likes of annie mac & skream. from the disco-charged drive of together to house/acid/techno morph ghost text to the r&b lean of i promise , the from mine to mistress ep is a diverse collection of tunes that really show off daneeka s varied production style.

kool vibe s music today reflects the best of the 90s house music sounds that he manages to capture so well. after releasing on my love is underground & traxx underground in 2011 and 2012, the french producer launched his very own label kv records in 2013. here he comes back with a new solo project on his own label : the black & white project (pt.1 & pt.2) both records will be sold separately. these two eps invite you to a musical journey through 8 tracks which definitely prove mr. vibe s unconditional love for house music. every track is a dedication to the essential vibes of the 90s and a joyful reminder of those original days when house music was in the making.

the platform is extremely crowded, however, and she cant get to mick, who is standing at the opposite end, so she shouts his name. two other passengers relay the message to mick that sue wants to talk with him. what does she want? mick relays back. tell him that im not going to marry richard, sue shouts. why not? mick asks. -because i love you! she relays. when the message finally gets to mick, he tries to make his way through the crowd but he cant get to sue, so he climbs on top of the crowd and walks over the peoples shoulders to get to her. in the final scene, they embrace while the crowd cheers.

there is definitely something mysterious about hiss:1292, and unlike a number of other techno projects, it is not the identity of the two producers at stake here

ltd 2014 repress !! jared wilson is keeping the acid alive in detroit. ghettoblaster is jareds second release on his label 7777. this love, is a slower deep track with haunting 303 bassllines and a a voice chanting this love. the title track, ghettoblaster is a jacking stomper for the floor. last two, is a very nice chicago influence acid beat track. our favorite is the intens this love with amazing 303 which sounds like aphex twin doing chicago house.

acid4 is here on strictly limited orange wax and once again more mystery 303 tweakers are joining the acid revolution. on the a-side we have two tracks of the intense, slightly distorted and raw quality, and the b-side presents us with classic chicago influenced acid bangers
